The sun was below the tops of the trees and a slight breeze filled the early evening with the fragrance of late summer.  It was pleasant enough and just the right temperature to bring a crowd of people into the park that day.  There were lovers taking a long stroll hand in hand, children running around climbing trees and hopping across stones, and even a solitary officer nodding to passers by and keeping a close eye on the activity.  But there was one there who was no stranger to the park, and she slowly shuffled towards her favorite bench.  Her back was bent and her years long, but her eyes and mind were as bright as ever.  The sound of her
